Guild Disciplines
We are affiliated to the Association of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers, and these disciplines are the backbone and focus of the guild.
Spinning - spinning natural and other fibres to create a yarn
Weaving - weaving yarn and fibre to create a fabric or artwork
Dyeing - using natural or chemical dyes with fibre or fabric

The Association WSD
The Association hosts a Biennial Nation Exhibition and members are encouraged to submit work for consideration
The Association also holds a Summer School Week (biennial), where experienced Artists lead workshops expanding knowledge and techniques
The opportunity to gain Qualifications in the 3 core disciplines are available through the Association
